No. You can sign up with just an email or phone number. New accounts start with zero balance, so top up your wallet before you use paid models or tools. When you want credits, load them with eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, Fonepay QR, ConnectIPS or a direct bank transfer. No foreign card required.

Anyone can create an account and chat. Payment methods are currently optimized for Nepal: eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay and local banks. International card support is on our roadmap.

Credits are a single currency you spend across every model. Each model has a transparent per-message cost shown before you send. For example, a budget model might cost 2 cr/1k tokens while a frontier model costs more. You only pay for what you actually use.

The base rate is 1,000 credits = Rs. 100. Larger packs include bonus credits. The Value pack gives 5,500 credits for Rs. 500, and the Pro pack gives 12,000 credits for Rs. 1,000.

No. Credits you purchase never expire. Free promotional credits may have an expiry, which is always shown at the time you receive them.

Yes. Your wallet shows a full history of every charge: which model, how many credits, and when. You can also set a low-balance alert so you are never caught out mid-conversation.

You can load credits with eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, Fonepay QR (scan from any bank app), ConnectIPS, or a direct bank transfer from NIC Asia, NABIL, Global IME and more.

For wallet and QR payments (eSewa, Khalti, Fonepay), credits land instantly. Direct bank transfers may take a little longer to confirm depending on your bank.

Unused credit top-ups can be refunded within 7 days of purchase, provided no credits from that top-up have been spent. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. See our Terms for details.

No. Nuvaa is pay-as-you-go. There is no monthly lock-in. You top up when you want, and your balance stays until you use it.

You can delete your account any time from Settings → Account. This permanently removes your conversations and personal data. Any unused purchased credit balance can be refunded per our policy before deletion.

On the login screen, tap Forgot password and follow the link sent to your email. If you signed up with a phone number, you will receive an OTP instead.
