Welcome to Nuvaa. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nuvaa website, applications and services (the “Service”), operated from Kathmandu, Nepal. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

01Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Nuvaa you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and that you accept these Terms and our Privacy policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, notify you in-app or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

02Your account

You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Please tell us promptly at help@sajilo.ai if you suspect any unauthorised use.

• Provide accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
• You may register with an email and password or by signing in with a third-party provider such as Google; you are responsible for keeping whichever sign-in method you use secure.
• One person or organisation per account; do not share credentials.
• You may close your account at any time from Settings → Account.

03Credits and payments

Nuvaa runs on a prepaid credit system. You purchase credits and spend them across the AI models and features you use. Pricing is shown in-app before you spend, and the base rate is 1,000 credits = Rs. 100. Purchased credits are then deducted according to the model or feature you choose.

• Top-ups are accepted via eSewa, Khalti, IME Pay, Fonepay QR, ConnectIPS and supported bank transfers.
• Purchased credits do not expire. Promotional or free credits may carry an expiry, shown when granted.
• Per-model costs may change as provider pricing changes; the current cost is always displayed before you send a message.

04Refunds

You may request a refund of a credit top-up within 7 days of purchase, provided that no credits from that specific top-up have been used. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take several business days to process. Spent credits and promotional credits are non-refundable.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to use Nuvaa to:

• Break any applicable law of Nepal or your jurisdiction.
• Generate or distribute content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or that exploits or endangers minors.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, scrape, or disrupt the Service or its providers.
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-made where doing so is deceptive or illegal.
• Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, and where required, cooperate with lawful authorities.

06Your content and AI output

You retain ownership of the prompts and files you provide (“Input”) and, to the extent permitted by law, of the output generated for you (“Output”). You are responsible for how you use Output, including checking it for accuracy.

AI models can make mistakes. Output may be inaccurate, incomplete or offensive, and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, medical or financial advice.

07Third-party models

Nuvaa routes your requests to third-party model providers, such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google and others. Your use of those models is also subject to the providers’ own usage policies. We are not responsible for the providers’ availability or the content their models generate.

08Intellectual property

The Nuvaa name, logo, interface and software are owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without prior written consent.

09Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nuvaa is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on Output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount of credits you purchased in the 3 months before the claim.

10Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or if required by law.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu.
